On Hepa Diet, you can eat any vegetables and protein meals with a small addition of some milk products and oils. 

This section provides you with delicious recipes that are suitable for Hepa Diet. But it does not limit you to just these recipes. You are welcome to create your own meals. Just remember, that your food for lunch should not exceed 100 kcal, and your food for dinner should not exceed 380 kcal.

Please, be careful with salt. Although salt is not forbidden, it is better to refrain from it for two weeks, as salt retains water in the body and might prevent you from losing weight.
